If you see a $29.95 charge from Soléa & Co on your bank statement, it is most likely your monthly VIP Club membership, which you chose by adding VIP Membership to your cart. Membership is billed monthly until you cancel, and the amount may be less but never more.

You can cancel at any time using the Membership Cancellation Form. Membership charges follow our 14-day refund policy per billing cycle.

You can cancel your membership anytime: (1) email us at contact@praisingpatriots.cm, (2) fill out the Membership Cancellation Form, (3) reply to your order confirmation email, or (4) use our contact form. All cancellations are honored when made at least 3 business days before the next billing.

Please check your order confirmation as soon as possible to ensure your delivery address is correct.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact our Customer Support team immediately at contact@praisingpatriots.com and provide the following information:

• Your order number
• The incorrect delivery address
• Your complete and correct delivery address

We’ll do our best to update your address before dispatch. However, changes cannot be guaranteed, as orders are typically processed and shipped within 24–48 hours.

Please note: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. Praising Patriots is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information and cannot guarantee delivery or offer a free replacement in such cases.

If your order has already been dispatched, Praising Patriots can no longer modify the delivery address. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to ask whether the parcel can be redirected or held for collection.
